Before responding, please be sure you have read the form that applies to you. Completing the Google form indicates you are in agreement with the PDF you chose.
- Registered Friend Form (not a UU Church member)
- Registered Member Form (also a 1U, UUUS, or CLF Member)
DUES
MG annual dues are sliding scale.
- $10 for students and seniors on a fixed income.
- $20 for adults.
- $25+ for those who want to chip in to the scholarship fund to assist those in need.
